The Creative Portable Tank is a block added by the Thermal Expansion mod.

A variation on the Portable Tank that can almost always only be obtained in creative mode or through NEI cheat mode. However, it can be obtained in survival if you have OreSpawn installed as The King drops random item from any of installed mods, or crafted with end-game materials in Feed The Beast Infinity Evolved Expert Mode. The tank only stores 1,000 mB of fluid, but once it contains a fluid, it will dispense an infinite amount. The tank can be picked up by Shift+Right-clicking with a Crescent Hammer.

By default the tank will receive input from the top and the bottom, but when Right-clicked with a Crescent Hammer the bottom will change to output mode and start actively ejecting fluid into any container or fluid transport system such as a Fluiduct or Fluid Pipe placed below.
