Binky's Skull is an item added by the Witchery mod. It can be acquired as a drop from killing Death.
Binky is the steed of Death himself.
To summon Binky, the player must right click the ground with Binky's Skull, to unsummon Binky just kill Binky and collect his skull for later resummoning.
