Twilight Oak Wood is by far the most common type of wood in the Twilight Forest, found in Twilight Oaks and Rainbow Oaks in the Twilight Forest. Twilight Oak Wood can be found in profuse quantities from a Robust Twilight Oak either naturally generated or grown from a Robust Twilight Oak Sapling and in somewhat smaller but still significant quantities in Rainbow Oaks and Twilight Oaks either naturally generated or respectively grown from a Rainbow Oak Sapling or a Sickly Twilight Oak Sapling. Twilight Oak Wood appears in formations identical to that of regular Oak wood in both Rainbow Oaks and Sickly Twilight Oaks, as the two use the same algorithm to generate trees that Minecraft uses to generate vanilla Oaks. Several hundred Twilight Oak Wood can also be found in Robust Twilight Oaks due to their sprawling nature, their tremendous height and the radius of their trunks, which can be anywhere between one and four blocks.
Twilight Oak Wood is possibly the most efficient way of getting wood in the Twilight Forest, especially because of the easily sustainable nature of a tree farm running on Sickly Twilight Oak Saplings or because of the tremendous quantities of wood generated by a Robust Twilight Oak. However, this can also make harvesting a chore, as Robust Twilight Oaks stretch several dozen blocks tall and can sometimes contain enough blocks to fill or mostly fill a player's inventory while posing a fall damage threat and a threat to the player's food supply. In addition, Robust Twilight Oaks grow a profuse quantity of Root blocks underneath them, making the harvesting of a Robust Twilight Oak even more of a chore if it is done fully.
Twilight Oak Wood is interchangeable with vanilla logs in many circumstances. Twilight Oak Wood can be put in a Sawmill or Industrial Sawmill to obtain 6 Twilight Oak Planks and a unit of Wood Pulp or in a crafting grid to obtain four planks. It also can be used in Furnaces as fuel or in the creation of Charcoal.
