The Stirling Generator is a Multiblock structure added by the Magneticraft mod. It generates Low Voltage Electricity and Heat from solid fuels (most Furnace fuels) and does not need water, like the Magneticraft Basic Generator to work. It produces up to 1.2kW and ?? kcal/t. The Stirling Generator will output Low Voltage to directly adjacent machines, Battery blocks or Low Voltage Cable or Copper Wire connected to the Energy I/O block in the back and Heat can be transferred out of the middle Heat I/O on top by placing heat absorbing blocks, or Heat Cables.
Currently in Magneticraft 0.6.0, the Stirling Generator will accept Heat input and generate Electricity while when Electricity is input, the Voltage rises but no Heat is produced.
The Stirling Generator Control is the heart of the Multiblock Stirling Generator structure. The Stirling Generator is built by placing this block one block above the ground and then right-clicking it to see a ghost layout of the other blocks to place. When placing the Stirling Generator Control, the front will always face towards you.
The Stirling Generator is a 3 Wide x 3 Deep x 2 Tall solid Multiblock structure that is built with 1x Stirling Generator Control, 15x Multiblock Chassis, 1x Multiblock Energy I/O (Low Voltage) and 1x Multiblock Heat I/O.
