The Inserter Upgrade: Increase Speed is an item added by the Magneticraft mod. It can be placed in any of the top right 4 slots in an Inserter's GUI and, as the name implies, the Inserter will increase in speed. An Inserter with no upgrades can move one stack, whether it is full or not, and return the arm in about 3.1 seconds. With one Upgrade, this is about 2.1 seconds, with 2 Upgrades it is about 1.8 seconds and it doesn't appeart to move faster after 2 Upgrades.
