The Scuba Tank is a piece of chest armor that, in conjunction with the Gas Mask, allows the player to breath underwater using oxygen provided by a Electrolytic Separator.

The Scuba Tank can hold up to 24,000 units of oxygen and can be refilled at either a Electrolytic Separator or a Gas Tank. In order to use the Scuba Tank, the mode must be switched on using the assignable control key. While the Scuba Tank is switched on it will continue to use oxygen whether or not the player is underwater at a rate of 20 units per second.
