How does one chunk load with this mod?

Server/admin claim

I'd like to make a "public zone" that is claimed by the server and chunkloaded. However i can unclaim with /admin unclaim, but as an admin i cannot claim on behalf of the server. Is it possible to add this option? Or is it availible in a way i haven't found?

"MOTD" are not "self-explaining", since for example i have no idea what the abbreviation mean.
