I've been looking at the source code of Thaumcraft, and it would seem that these could actually boost the local aura to an unlimited degree (at 1 vis per 5 minutes), but this is usually just absorbed by dull infused stone, limiting it. After all of the dull infused stone is re-infused, however, even a single one of these could, I think, given the time, boost the aura by up to 100 vis (at which point, it would be absorbed by normal stone as well). There may be other processes which limit the aura level, but none that I know of.

These can boost the aura to 1.1 times its base value, but I'm not sure where it would be best to include this in the page.
