The Sound Control Upgrade is an upgrade for the Portal Modifier block from the EnhancedPortals 2 mod. The upgrade will mute the sound effects normally generated by the portal. It will not mute the sound generated when you move through the portal. The upgrade is applied by right-clicking the Portal Modifier whilst holding it. It can be retrieved by clicking the matching slot in the modifier's interface. The modifier will then eject the upgrade once the interface is closed.
