A Socket Frame is a special block added by Engineer's Toolbox that allows the construction of multi-block mobile constructs similar to RedPower 2's Frames.

Like most blocks, a Socket Frame can be pulled along by a Magnet module attached to a Modular Socket. However when a Socket Frame is moved, it will also move any adjacent Socket Frames with it, allowing multi-block movement. Furthermore, when a socket frame is right-clicked with a Engineer's Wrench, or other BuildCraft compatible wrench, the side of the Socket Frame will show a magnet. This side will also pull along any block next to it the same as a Magnet module does.
